Sensei Alex McDonald 3rd degree black belt Ketsgo Ju-Jitsu

Alex McDonald is a 3rd degree Black Belt in Ju-jitsu, and has cross trained in many other martial arts. In the past Alex use to train Police officers.
On top of offering courses and training in standard Ju-Jitsu, Alex offers training in weapons fighting, Self Defense and a special course in Defense against the Police.
