Spencer Rice is internationally known as "Spenny" from the hit television series "Kenny vs. Spenny".

Spencer has played solo music for over 30 years, performing the music he loves including covers of artists such as Bob Dylan, George Jones, The Beatles, Lightning Hopkins, The Rolling Stones, and many, many more.

He has also written a variety of comedic songs.
