Osborne Bay is home to calm waters, pebble beaches & ample fishing, sitting on the waters edge of a small coastal town known as Crofton BC.

Our local chef Kacia Scholz finds inspiration in her own back yard & neighbouring rock, Saltspring Island. Sea to table is not just a theme, it’s a culture that she intends to trend.
