Slide Room Gallery

Our mandate is to focus on contemporary art. Since the inception of the Slide Room Gallery in the summer of 2006 we have hosted exhibitions ranging from drawing and painting to sculpture, photography and installation. Through solo and group shows we have had the honour of exhibiting art from local, national and international artists. As of March 21, 2007, the Slide Room Gallery has been incorporated as a non-profit society in the province of British Columbia. For twelve years we have shared a space with the Vancouver Island School of Art. We are currently between having physical gallery spaces and have temporarily moved our exhibitions online. These exhibitions change monthly and continue to highlight a broad range of contemporary art from artists both near and far.
