Daft brewery is the ultimate tap room for anyone who loves beer, socializing and live music.
A non-pretentious spot for craft beer drinkers of all levels. Whether you’re a novice hoping to try your first sip of craft beer or a seasoned veteran who’s sampled every beer across the province, the wide range of ever-changing-crazy-juice spewing from our taps will excite anyone interested in discovering beers true potential.
Daft Brewing is the culmination of almost four years of work between a group of guys who don’t have any business starting a brewery.
The goal is simple: to create a unique, West-coast style tap room that is unlike anywhere else to drink in town. We crave the different, interesting and fun. With this in mind, we aim to offer the most diverse lineup of craft beers possible (with a subtle preference towards sours).
To accomplish this goal, we chose to completely renovate an old 5-bay car garage in Williamsville on Princess Street. We wanted a space that would be completely open and somewhere that we could throw open the doors and expose the entire brewery to the outside. Between that and bringing in some incredible artists to graffiti our building, we are well on the way to our dream.
