Over the years, the Maberly Community Hall has hosted countless events, from concerts to agricultural fairs, from dances to funeral wakes. Thanks to its wooden floor and walls, the hall has beautiful acoustics, which makes it a favourite place for musicians. The local community choir meets in the hall to rehearse, and the Blue Skies Community Fiddle Orchestra has been practicing in the hall for the past 15 years. The Fiddle Orchestra maintains the piano that sits on the hall’s spacious stage. The large community kitchen ensures that people who attend the hall’s numerous events are always well-fed as they listen to music or catch up with old friends.
