Event Description

Music of the Whole World series:
Weaving the Tapestry of Many Traditions

In this informal educational presentation, the Vancouver Inter-Cultural Orchestra presents a sneak preview of its upcoming concert, Imagined Worlds: Intertwined. Assisted by VICO musicians, the featured composers - Joel Bons (visiting from Amsterdam), and Vancouvers own Stephen Chatman and Coat Cooke - offer a behind-the-scenes look at the brand new pieces they have composed for intercultural orchestra and choir. Dont miss this fascinating opportunity to find out what goes into a world premiere!
