The Victoria Choral Society and orchestra under the direction of Giuseppe Pietraroia present In Paradisum - Requiems of Fauré and Duruflé. Often called the "two gentle requiems”, these works are among the most beloved compositions in the choral repertoire. You will experience the glorious music of two French composers, exquisite solo performances by soprano Nancy Washeim and baritone Sam Marcaccini and the soaring voices of Victoria's own symphonic choir led by Maestro Pietraroia who was recently nominated for a Juno award.
