Event Description

The Vancouver Early Music Festival closes with an intimate recital by Harry van der Kamp – internationally known as one of the most important bass singers in early music – and the "committed and articulate" Alexander Weimann (Vancouver Sun). Their expertise and deep knowledge of this period culminates in a resplendent program of seldom-heard solo cantatas by Porpora, Handel, Scarlatti, and more.
