India is a vast culinary landscape of regional specialties. Local authors Daisy Jassar and Archana Nirad will introduce you to classic and easy to prepare North Indian recipes and the spices which make them so special. See a typical Indian spice box, learn about combinations and taste some of the recipes. "Cumin and Coriander: A Celebration of Everyday North Indian Cooking" will be available for purchase.
