SOLD OUT - The Chan Centre for Performing Arts at UBC is proud to present NEA jazz masters and piano legends Chick Corea and Herbie Hancock, March 15 at 7pm in the Chan Shun Concert Hall. In this rare and intimate performance, which marks the duo’s first reunion in 37 years, each will play off the other’s jazz rhythms and riffs while taking moments to revisit songs made famous from their original 1970’s tour. No doubt the Miles Davis alumni, who have influenced every musical style from avant-garde to bebop, from hard hitting fusion to forays into classical, will wow audiences with an unforgettable evening of finesse and ingenuity on piano.
