Event Description
Working from the heart, Merina Rael explores her love of the female form with her contemporary, and sometimes abstract, down-to-earth, funky, female figurative creations. She uses bold, strong, contrasting acrylic colours and cartoon-like characters. Her work evolves from graphics that transform into paintings to deliver her message of female empowerment.Merina Rael has lived in Victoria for 45 years and is from Texas, USA. She has shown her work in 27 art galleries in Victoria over the last 25 years and won several awards for her work.
