AUTHOR RELEASES MODERN TAKE ON 18th CENTURY ROMANTIC FICTION IN DEBUT NOVELVICTORIA, B.C. – Local author C.J. Paxton gives Jane Austen fans a new coming of age story to pour over this spring.

Austen-inspired with a modern twist, the book follows Gabriella Harris as she finds herself at a crossroads in her life. Forced to re-evaluate some of the choices she’s made concerning the two men she loves, she quickly realizes her decisions have consequences that affect more than just her own life.
Can Gabriella find the future she has always hoped for, or will her decisions from the past take it away?
