Event Description
Producer and entrepreneur Linda Schuyler is best known for co-creating and executive producing over 500 episodes of the multi-award winning Degrassi franchise. She was a founding member of the Association for Media Literacy, past Chair of the Canadian Media Producers Association, and was vice chair of the Canadian Civil Liberties Association. She's been honoured with a number of awards, including the Academy Lifetime Achievement Award for exceptional, outstanding and ongoing contributions to the Canadian television industry, and was appointed a Member of the Order of Canada. She released her memoir, The Mother Of All Degrassi, in November of 2022.Join us on Saturday, October 14th for an evening of conversation with Linda and Professor Emeritus (and former Degrassi director) Clarke Mackey!
