Event Description

Our 2024 season begins with a piano trio program featuring violinist Terence Tam, cellist Rachel Desoer, and pianist Lorraine Min (and EKSM’s co-Artistic Director). The trio will play a different program for each venue. Works will include the monumental Op. 8 Piano Trio by Brahms, Beethoven’s Sonata no 3 in A Major for piano and cello and his Piano Trio in D major, “Ghost’, as well as duos by Kreisler and the virtuosic Handel/Halvorsen Passacaglia for violin and cello.
