Event Description
It's a new year of improv, so let's make it the best it can be! Whether it's working on listening skills, enhancing your physicality, or just trying to get out of your head, this workshop is all about personal growth. Share your goal with the group and receive supportive and encouraging feedback to help you achieve it.This workshop will allow you to bring your personal goals and intentions for the new year, listen and learn from others, and receive personalized feedback.
About D'Arcy Briggs:
D'ARCY BRIGGS (he/they) has been an educator at all levels, from kindergarten to adult education. Honesty, play, and co-developing a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere is at the heart of everything he does. He is a co-founder of The Bakery (2023-), regularly performs with Paper Street Theater (Masterclass; MYTHOS, 2024), and has been a member of the Impromaniacs Theatre Company Society (various, 2007-2011). He is also a member of the duo Burger & Briggs, an improv collective that blends theatrical improv with movement, dance, and storytelling.
