A berry fun filled day in Fernwood! 70+ Artisan Market : Food Creatives : Traditional Japanese Hand-Crafts : Fur Suit Family Meet & Greet : Tasters : Kids Games : Karaoke and More!Welcome to a berry special celebration! Ichigo Strawberry Moon Market happening in Fernwood May 31st as the drop of the first strawberries! Grab a basket of fresh Strawberries and see all the brilliantly fun designers creations. We have a ridiculous fun filled day planned with 75+ Artists, Food Creatives and Designers!
Tsugi Hagi will be hosting Traditional Japanese Craft Workshops and workstations!
Enjoy little Activities, Kid’s Games, Photos with a local with Strawberry Moon Fur Suit family and a Dress Up to win cute prizes!
Tsugi-Hagi Project will take over the Ichigo Market workshop space! Their workstation will offer mending services for your clothes and items, inspired by the tsugi-hagi (Japanese patchwork) philosophy. Bring your favorite but damaged belongings and get them ready to be revived!
They will also host fun workshops where you can play with fabric scraps and rubber stamps to decorate tote bags and create unique bracelets.
Come feast with us, this market is rich with delicious traditional foods and drinks, each Chef has prepared specialty dishes from their families recipes.
Remember to bring a blanket and eat with your friends and neighbours on the grassy field under the trees.
