Event Description
Reminder that August 17 is Back to the Farm at Mackinnon Brothers. So we will not be in the park on that day. Visit the farm and have some fun.August.10.2025
4pm Fiddle Earth - Fiddle Earth is a unique musical troupe hailing from Kingston, Ontario. A quartet, we first played together in late 2012 after noticing we were contrasting pairs: each couple had a fiddle player and a vocalist/string player, but of opposite gender! We are a play in contrasts: male and female fiddlers playing in harmony: male and female vocalists, one high, one low; guitar and tenor guitar. As more than one fan has said, it should not work together, but it does, beautifully.
3pm Marion Drexler Band - The Marion Drexler Band delivers the music with strong vocals and harmonies. Lead by Marion on vocals/rhythm guitar, Larry Seaman vocals/lead guitar, Justin Smith percussion, and Don Maitland vocals/bass they all have many years experience at their craft.
2pm Tyler Forkes - Tyler Brett Forkes is a Kingston-based singer / songwriter whose well-crafted original songs range in style from poignant storytelling to light-hearted blues numbers. Falling in the genre of Americana, his influences include John Prine, Jimmy Buffett, Cat Stevens, Lucinda Williams and more.
