Event Description

Local diva Katherine Beckett is living her dream, bringing the music of her idol, the inimitable Sharon Jones and her Dap-Kings, back to the stage. After a successful show last year at the Alix Goolden Performance Hall, featuring a 12-piece band of some of Victoria’s finest, they’re excited to bring this fiery funk and soul music to Western Canada’s oldest continuously running Jazz Club, in commemoration of Sharon’s death in November 2016.
