The UVic Wind Symphony kicks off its 2025/26 season with an uplifting concert that celebrates the joy and vitality of music. Under the baton of Steven Capaldo, “Viva Musica” features exciting works by Nicole Piunno, Gordon Jacob, Alfred Reed, John Mackey, Eric Whitacre, and John Williams, along with a world premiere by UVic School of Music Music alumnus Nishant Amatya.Join us for an evening of dynamic performances and powerful sound as we begin another inspiring year of music-making.
