Event Description
Kia Kadiri has been an incredible influence in the Western Canadian Music scene for over 30 years, and currently runs the Sarah McLachlan school of music at Douglas College in New Westminster. She frequently plays with artists such as Ndidi Cascade, Mad Riddim, Famous Players Band, and Emotionz. For over 30 years she has performed at various Canadian jazz festivals, folk festivals, the Victoria Ska & Reggae Festival, and Hip-Hop events opening for artists such as K-RS 1, RA the rugged man, Myka9, Blackalicious, Digable Planets, Public Enemy, Abstract Rude, to name a few.Feel This featured artists like Killa Kella, Malcolm Jamal Warner, Coco Love Alcorn and Rebecca Shoichet, as well as over 60 guest artists. Come and experience this 2 hour concert featuring unbelievable collaborations with musicians Kia has worked with over the past 25 years!
