Event Description
The Fairfield Gonzales Community Association presents Music in the Garry Oak, a winter concert series presenting local live music in a cozy candlelit atmosphere.There are many Christmas Classic songs to keep alive…but for her Holiday Concert Dec 19th, Claire Coupland aims to highlight the more unorthodox songs of Winter, along with her stunning original songs. An impeccably written love song of yearning by Gordon Lightfoot…an early Joni Mitchell song describing the restlessness of winter…A Bleak Midwinter Carol…Join us for a cozy candlelit night you won’t forget, filled with folk finger picking, beguiling vocals, floating pedal steel and some other very special musical guests.
