Event Description
A solo harp concert to celebrate the season - harpist and composer Josh Layne performs Vivaldi's Winter, plus some of his favourite Carols arranged for harp and his new composition "Starlight Glimpses" (premiered earlier this year on Layne's European tour).The concert takes place on Saturday, December 20th at 2pm at the Paul Phillips Hall (Fernwood Community and Arts Association), 1923 Fernwood Rd, Victoria, BC.
Admission by donation (pay-what-you-want with a portion going to the Mustard Seed Food Bank), concert length is 35-40 minutes.
A Victoria resident, Layne performs extensively around the world. He is also a dedicated educator, recognized for his popular YouTube series, Harp Tuesday, and his inspiring Harpist in the Wild project, which unites his love of music and nature. Join him for this concert of seasonal favourites.
