Not to be missed! Two magnificent piano quartets from the late Romantic Era are presented on this program, both extraordinary. The Piano Quartet in C minor, Op.13 by Richard Strauss is warm, lyrical and expansive. Johannes Brahms’ Piano Quartet No.3 in C minor, Op.60 is a powerful and monumental work that contains the full spectrum of human emotion. Featuring violinist Angela Cavadas, violist Roger Mangas, cellist Maria Wang, and pianist Monica Pfau.Venue
