London UK-based septet Kokoroko—founded in 2014 by trumpeter/flugelhornist Sheila Maurice-Grey and percussionist Onome Edgeworth—draws on West African roots to fuse Afrobeat, highlife, and funk into entrancing, genre-leaping grooves, showcased on their 2025 album Tuff Times Never Last as they make their Victoria debut at TD JazzFest 2026.Venue
