Event Description

Ferny Turnbull was formed by childhood friends Steve Campbell and Wayne Jones in Winnipeg Manitoba. Some of the bands influences include Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, Dr. Hook, Marshal Tucker, Johnny Cash, Jimmi Hendrix and Stevie Ray Vaughn. All of which are reflected in the music we play. Over the years the band has evolved into a dedicated group of players consisting of :

• Drummer Wayne Jones
• Lead Guitarist Cody Wells
• Bassist Doug Braun

With well over 150 shows under our belts, Ferny Turnbull is proving to be a true working band. We refer to ourselves as a lets hit the road kind of band !!! Having played all over Canada we are eager to broaden our horizons !!!
