Next Church has a large sanctuary with seating arranged to allow for social distancing (with an attached kitchenette). The sanctuary is equipped with a projection screen and sound system – it’s a lovely concert venue. Rental rate is $60 for 2 hours; $80 for 4 hours (half day); $150 for 8 hours (full day).

The type of activities that can be accommodated in the sanctuary include:

  • Concerts

  • Movie screenings events

  • Annual General Meetings for community organizations

  • Music recording (for albums or demos)

  • Piano (or other) recitals

  • One-time (band or performance arts) rehearsal space

  • Birthday, anniversary, retirement and holiday parties

  • Social events, dinner parties, family reunions

  • Weddings and receptions


Foodservice


Our kitchen is ideal for cooking for large groups of people and baking in large quantities. It is approved and certified by the KFL&A health unit as a Community Kitchen and we have two random health inspections per year. We have several regular and occasional renters who prepare consumable merchandise for sale at local markets. Rental rate is $15 per hour.
