Join the Harmony Lounge & Music Club and the Arts & Culture Advisory Committee of Greater Napanee as we host the first-ever U20 Rockfest. This will be a non-competitive celebration of music featuring some of the best youth bands from Greater Napanee and elsewhere in Eastern Ontario.
